Forgotten Password

The most common login issue — and the easiest to fix.

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click Forgot password?
  3. Enter the email address you signed up with
  4. Check your inbox for a reset link
  5. Click the link and create a new password

The reset link expires after 1 hour. If it's expired, request a new one.

Tip: Check your spam/junk folder if the reset email doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

Email Not Verified

If you see "Please verify your email", you haven't clicked the verification link we sent when you signed up.

Resend the Verification Email

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. When prompted, click Resend verification email
  4. Check your inbox and click the verification link

Still Not Arriving?

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Search for emails from "TutorLingua" or "noreply@tutorlingua.co"
  • Make sure you're checking the correct email address
  • Try adding noreply@tutorlingua.co to your contacts, then resend

Google or Social Login Issues

If you signed up with Google (or another OAuth provider) and can't log in:

"Account not found"

This usually means you're trying to log in with a different method than you signed up with. If you signed up with Google, use the Continue with Google button — not the email/password form.

Google Account Issues

  • Make sure you're logged into the correct Google account in your browser
  • Try logging out of Google first, then clicking "Continue with Google"
  • If you have multiple Google accounts, check you're selecting the right one

Switching Login Methods

If you want to switch from Google login to email/password (or vice versa), contact us at support@tutorlingua.co and we'll help you update your account.

Browser Issues

Sometimes the problem is your browser, not your account.

Clear Your Cache and Cookies

  1. Open your browser settings
  2. Find "Clear browsing data" or "Clear cache"
  3. Select "Cookies" and "Cached images and files"
  4. Clear the data
  5. Try logging in again

Try an Incognito/Private Window

Open an incognito or private browsing window and try logging in. If it works, the issue is cached data in your regular browser.

Try a Different Browser

If clearing the cache doesn't help, try logging in with a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).

Disable Browser Extensions

Ad blockers and privacy extensions can sometimes interfere with login. Try disabling them temporarily.

Account Locked

If you've entered the wrong password too many times, your account may be temporarily locked for security.

Wait 15 minutes and try again, or use the password reset flow to create a new password.

Still Can't Get In?

If none of the above works, contact us at support@tutorlingua.co with:

  • The email address you signed up with
  • How you originally created your account (email/password, Google, etc.)
  • What error message you're seeing
  • What browser you're using

We'll get you back in as quickly as possible.
