Common mistake
Comprensión is feminine: la comprensión. The fixed phrases comprensión lectora and comprensión auditiva use adjectives (not nouns) — do not say *comprensión de lectura or *comprensión de escucha. These are set technical terms. Also, comprensión describes the skill/ability, not the physical activity — the activity itself is una actividad de comprensión or un ejercicio de comprensión.
