I am hot
Example sentences
Tengo calor.

How to use it
Tengo calor means 'I'm hot' (personal sensation). Tener + calor. Don't confuse with 'soy caliente' (which means sexually aroused — embarrassing).
Common mistake
NEVER say 'soy caliente' to mean 'I'm hot' (temperature) — that has a sexual meaning. Always 'TENGO calor'.
