Veinte means 'twenty'. Invariable. Compounds 21–29 use the form veinti- (veintiuno, veintidós, …) written as one word.
Common mistake
The compounds 21–29 take 'veinti-' as the prefix: veintiuno, veintidós, veintitrés. From 31 onwards we switch to 'treinta y X', 'cuarenta y X', etc.
