How to use it
'Regional' is invariable for gender and means regional. It is used both attributively and predicatively. At B2 level it commonly appears in discussions of political organisation, dialect variation, and economic geography.
Common mistake
Don't confuse with 'local' (local/immediate) — 'regional' implies a defined administrative or cultural region.
